Featured Modules:

Our curriculum is anchored by four foundational modules the help youth build their identity: #HTWITN, North S.T.A.R., Compass & The Clock, and The Filter. Each module is designed to be engaging, age-appropriate, and culturally responsive, giving young people the tools to understand themselves, collaborate with others, think critically, and make responsible decisions.

#HTWITN

#HTWITN Hear The Whisper, Ignore The Noise: helps young people quiet the “noise” of pressure, comparison, and distractions so they can hear the steady “whisper” of who they truly are and what they are called to do. Through stories, reflection, and interactive activities, youth explore identity, values, and purpose while building confidence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. This module equips them to make grounded choices in school, online, and in their relationships, staying true to themselves even when life feels loud.

The North S.T.A.R. module introduces the full framework—Self, Tenets, Aspirations, and Routines—as a practical way to move toward the highest version of yourself. Learners map out who they are, what they stand for, where they are headed, and how their daily habits support (or distract from) that direction. By the end, they have a simple, personal “north star” they can use to check their alignment in real time.

Compass & The Clock helps learners manage their time in a way that actually matches their priorities. The “compass” represents direction—who you want to be, what you value, and where you’re headed. The “clock” represents the disciplines you practice with your time each day: studying, creating, resting, serving, and investing in yourself and others. In this module, learners explore how to use both: the compass to choose what matters most, and the clock to turn those choices into consistent daily actions. The goal is not just to stay busy, but to build disciplined rhythms that move you toward your North S.T.A.R.

The Filter is your inner operating system—the beliefs, experiences, and messages that shape how you see the world and respond to it. Two people can hear the same words and walk away with different realities because their filters are different. In this module, learners explore how powerful belief is at the center of that filter: it can turn helpful or harmful ideas into “truth” inside their minds. They practice noticing which beliefs move them toward their North S.T.A.R. and which pull them away, and they learn simple tools to “upgrade” their filter so they can sort noise from whisper, see themselves more clearly, and make choices that support who they are becoming.
