Jeremy “Vessel” Holmes is a Chicago-based artist, educator, strategist, and community leader whose work connects music, youth development, branding, and transformative learning. Known online as @jhthevessel, he has spent more than two decades using his voice and creative gifts as a rapper, singer, producer, writer, and speaker to spark reflection, confront harmful narratives, and empower people to grow with purpose.
He is the founder and visionary behind Treasureville Academy, a premier edutainment provider and transformative learning institution devoted to cultivating lifelong learners through innovative, culturally rooted educational experiences. An example of this youth engagement includes sports-based programming delivered in strategic partnership with Celebrity Sports Academy (CSA), which contracts Treasureville Academy to facilitate SEL programming at its annual sports camps. Holmes also serves as Founder and CEO of Agency 1204, a strategy and branding agency that enables him to leverage his full range of artistic talents and social insight to shape media strategies and campaigns for diverse clients. Across every platform, Jeremy “Vessel” Holmes remains committed to aligning systems, strengthening communities, and helping people discover identity, discipline, and purpose.
Dr. Katelyn Leitner is an educational leader and founder of Do What’s Best for Kids (DWB4K), a consultancy built on the mission: “Align the work. Elevate the impact.” She serves as Director of Curriculum & Learning Ecosystems for Treasureville Academy, bringing her Aligned Learning Ecosystem framework to the schools and organizations we support. With experience leading division-wide initiatives, launching an innovative K–5 laboratory school, and coaching educators on the 5E instructional model and Tier 1 instruction, Dr. Leitner helps partners implement research-based practices that improve student outcomes and build sustainable systems.
Recognized as an ASCD Emerging Leader and Division Educator of the Year, and co-author of STEM Century: It Takes a Village to Raise a 21st-Century Graduate: Suffolk, VA Edition, she connects big-picture vision with practical strategies that keep what’s best for kids at the center.
Johnny Holmes II, also known as “The Apostle,” is the Founder of Facet of the Jewel and serves as the Director of Wellness at Treasureville Academy. He is dedicated to fostering holistic growth, emotional well-being, and personal development for youth, families, and communities, drawing on a faith-informed perspective that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
At Treasureville Academy, Johnny designs wellness-focused experiences that weave together mindset, character, and practical life skills, helping students and families build confidence, resilience, and healthier rhythms of living.
Known for his steady presence, uplifting energy, and heart for service, Johnny helps people slow down, reflect, and take intentional steps toward healing and growth. Whether speaking, mentoring, or facilitating group experiences, he guides others toward healthier mindsets, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of purpose that they can carry into every area of life.
